The English TV is not sufficient at all. Due to the hotel's isolated location one tends to be in the hotel at night and with so little english tv, the evenings are very long and boring. At the very least can there be a channel with some movies on them say at nine pm every night.

Our deluxe room was new-fashioned and stylish, had mountain view. The food was outstanding, the breakfast was delicious and excellent. The staff was amiable and accommodating, offered great services. Its location was particularly good and ideal, away from skiing.

Onsen (hotspring) is fantastic. ski in and ski out very convenient. Buffet is good. Room is small but clean. wifi is awesome.
however, going to town for dinner is very inconvenient as shuttle bus is infrequent and the shuttle terminal is way off the restaurants area (Hirafu) when return to hotel.

Very convenient location with shuttle buses to Hilton hotel at Niseko Village, Annupuri & Hirafu area as well. Has their own ski rental shop, 1min to Banzai chair lift. Staff are polite & friendly. Breakfast provided at Goshiki restaurant is good with a wide spread. Rooms are very nice & clean with good view.
Would be good if GreenLeaf can provide shuttle buses from Niseko or Kutchan train stations. Hilton is more central as an interchange of buses to these train stations.
